The Maher Project Aims To Enhance The Workforce Readiness Of University Students From Social Security Beneficiary Families Through An Integrated Approach Combining Professional Behavioral Assessment, Career Guidance, And Specialized Professional Training, Equipping Beneficiaries With The Skills And Knowledge Needed To Enter The Labor Market.

Project Objectives :
  • Prepare 60 University Students From Social Security Beneficiary Families For The Labor Market Through Career Guidance And Professional Training.
  • Conduct Career Guidance And Counseling Sessions.
  • Provide Professional Training Programs And Courses.
Project Outputs :

Delivered Specialized Professional Training Programs To Equip Beneficiaries With Skills Required In The Labor Market. - Conducted PPA Personality Assessments To Identify Individual Strengths And Development Areas And Developed An Individual Development Plan (IDP) For Each Beneficiary Based On The Assessment Results. - Equipped Beneficiaries With Practical Skills To Enhance Their Job Readiness And Issued Training Reports. - Achieved A 97% Attendance Rate According To The Project Outcomes Section, While Achieving 100% Project Completion And Target Achievement.
