Mobile Medical Clinics During the Hajj Season

The project aims to provide comprehensive and rapid medical care to pilgrims and Umrah performers within the holy sites and the Grand Mosque through a fully equipped mobile medical clinic. The clinic is furnished with advanced medical devices and equipment to deliver on-site medical and emergency services, helping to reduce the need for patient transfers to hospitals or healthcare centers.

Project Objectives :
  • Enhancing the efficiency and quality of non-emergency medical and first-aid services.

  • Providing mobile healthcare services at pilgrims’ gathering locations.

  • Delivering immediate medical care for cases of heat exhaustion, foot and ankle injuries, and hypoglycemia.

Project Outputs :

Providing medical services to 14,267 pilgrims. Diagnosing and treating 22,822 diverse medical cases. Operating one fully equipped mobile medical clinic with advanced medical devices. Covering two locations within the pilgrims’ service area (Arafat and the Grand Mosque). Referring 20 cases to advanced care centers or hospitals. Deploying a specialized medical team (physician, nurse, and health educator). Increasing healthcare readiness in the vicinity of the Grand Mosque and the holy sites by 75% to 80%.
